Conditions for booking a cabin-house<\/h2>

Ordering<\/h4>

Wallbook suggests celebrating birthdays (or any other occasion) in one of the lodges at MaryMaris AKROPOLE.<\/p>

  1. Go to the booking page https:\/\/akropole.wallbook.eu<\/a><\/li>
  2. Select the number of children, not including children under one year old or accompanying persons (access for them \u2014 free of charge).<\/li>
  3. Choose the date of the celebration in the cabin<\/li>
  4. Choose a cabin and time available<\/li>
  5. Review the price, considering the selected number of children, date, house<\/li>
  6. Specify the following data*: Your first and last name, the email address to which we will send the information, the phone number for communication, the age of the birthday boy \/ girl and the way you learned about Wallbook<\/li>
  7. If necessary, write a comment and indicate your wishes (banquet **, animators, etc.)<\/li>
  8. To make a payment through one of the banking systems: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor or credit card.<\/li>
  9. Receive a booking confirmation after payment and an email to the previously specified email address.<\/li>
  10. Come to the MaryMaris club at the previously selected time with the specified number of children.<\/li><\/ol>

    Booking conditions<\/h4>

    The cost is 14 euros for a child over 1 year old, Monday through Thursday and 16 euros for a child over one year old, Friday through Sunday, weekends and holidays.<\/p>

    Payments are made through the electronic Paysera LT system.<\/p>

    Payment is made through one of the banking systems: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor or credit card.<\/p>

    Payments are made in euro (EUR).<\/p>

    A reservation of room can be made no earlier than 3 months before the celebration.<\/p>

    No later than 10 days before the holiday, you need to make an advance payment of 100%.<\/p>

    If there is no prepayment, the administrator has the right to cancel the unpaid reservation.<\/p>

    After successful booking and completed transaction, we will send a confirmation letter to the email address specified by the user.<\/p>

    Pre-order for the menu should be made no later than 2 days before the holiday. The menu is available on the partner’s website in the “Restaurant” section.<\/p>

    The room price includes the number of tickets corresponding to the room, which provide the right to use the attractions of the Club without time limit (*multi-level maze, adventure rope path, Ninja obstacle course, free fall tower, play area for kids, colorful nets, slides, trampoline complex, slot machines, tubing slide).<\/p>

    The cost of booking a room for a celebration includes the possibility of using the room in accordance with the pre-booked time for 2.5 hours.<\/p>

    Refund and Cancellation<\/h4>

    There is no refund in case of cancellation, however, we offer two compensation options:<\/p>

    1. If, for some reason, you fail to hold the planned celebration, then you can hold a children\u2019s party at the MaryMaris Club within the amount deposited any other day.<\/li>
    2. You can leave money on a personal deposit and spend it during the year (from the moment of the cancellation application) at the MaryMaris Club for entrance tickets.<\/li><\/ol>

      \u2022 Bringing outside food (including pies) and drinks is prohibited. Only a cake is allowed.<\/p>

      \u2022 Bringing alcohol is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

      \u2022 The use of fireworks and pyrotechnics, fountain candles, helium balloons, as well as any soap bubble programs, is prohibited.<\/p>

      \u2022 Please review the club\u2019s general rules before making a payment.<\/p>
